What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (about 13 oz) precooked udon noodles
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 2 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
  • ½ small yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup TOKI KBBQ Sauce
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds

Step By Step

How To Make It

  1. Add the udon noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for 1–2 minutes, just until loosened. Drain and set aside
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  3. Add the mushrooms, baby bok choy, and onion. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the bok choy is lightly browned.
  4. Add the udon noodles and TOKI KBBQ Sauce. Toss for 1–2 minutes, until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated and heated through.
  5. Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with green onions and white sesame seeds.
